Referral attribution with a defined window
A partner link records a privacy-reduced click and sends the visitor to account registration. An eligible account created within the current attribution window is associated with the referring partner.
Self-referrals, duplicate customer attribution, fraudulent traffic, and prohibited promotion are not commissionable.
Commission status stays visible
Eligible subscription payments create a pending commission at the partner’s current rate. After the stated hold period, valid commissions become available for payout.
Refunds, disputes, payment reversals, abuse, or account ineligibility may reverse or reject a commission under the Partner Program Terms.
Payout review has a clear history
Choose an eligible amount and submit bank details for review. Approved payouts are sent through Airwallex; status and payout history stay visible in your workspace.
Version and duplicate-request checks protect the process, while every approved, paid, or rejected decision is recorded.

How long can a referral earn commission?
The earning period starts with the first successful paid purchase. See the current Partner Program Terms for rates, eligibility and duration.
When can commission be withdrawn?
A commission becomes withdrawable after its hold period and once the available balance reaches the current minimum payout threshold.
Which payout method is supported?
Reviewed payouts are sent through Airwallex to your submitted bank account. Existing PayPal requests retain their original payment method.
